With events unfolding due to the Covid-19 virus, the ITPA has decided to cancel the 2020 Spring Meeting. The decision was not made lightly.
There is no need to call or email the ITPA, we will be refunding registrations and sponsorships. (If you'd like to support the ITPA by donating your registration or sponsorship in lieu of a refund, please email [email protected] or call 866-346-5692.)
The ITPA has paid deposits to the hotel, buses, etc; approximately $12,000. These deposits are non-refundable. We are doubtful we will recover these funds but we will be seeking to recover due to extenuating circumstances.
The ITPA Strategic Planning Meeting before the Spring Meeting has also been cancelled. It has tentatively been rescheduled before the Fall Meeting. More details will be available in the coming months.
