Next Gen Peer Groups

Next Gen Peer Groups is a platform designed to help the next generation of family business leaders accelerate their leadership development, succession planning, and legacy goals. The platform offers tailored peer groups that provide a collaborative coaching environment, allowing leaders to connect with like-minded peers to foster growth, innovation, and strategic thinking. Additionally, it provides consulting, training, and online courses to enhance leadership skills and build strong support networks for young leaders.

The platform was founded by Doug Gray, Ph.D., a leadership expert with over 30 years of experience. Dr. Gray specializes in leadership development, family unity, and succession planning, and created the 12-month hybrid program to help leaders engage in both in-person and digital sessions. His work aims to support future family business leaders in developing the skills needed to lead successfully, while also offering resources such as his book, The Success Playbook for Next Gen Family Business Leaders.
