ITPA is pleased to offer free professional human resource services to its valued members. This exceptional member benefit is provided through SESCO Management Consultants. Services include:

  • Free telephone, email, and fax consulting. Members are able to contact the SESCO staff on a daily or as-needed basis to discuss a variety of human resource issues. Members can obtain information on federal and state employment compliance issues including wage and hour, FMLA, COBRA, Equal Employment, etc. Members can also obtain information on personnel issues such as performance management, attendance, termination, worker’s compensation, unemployment, etc.
  • Free employee handbook review. The SESCO staff is prepared to review and critique employee handbooks and personnel policies at no charge.
  • The SESCO Report. SESCO’s monthly newsletter will be mailed directly to members. Current and back issues are available online through SESCO’s website.
